Questions, answered

Everything about downloading, printing, and using the pages in a classroom.

Downloads

How do I get my files?

The download link appears on the confirmation screen the moment you check out, and the same link is emailed to you. You can also find every order under your account, forever, so you can re-download any time you need another copy.

Nothing arrived in my inbox

Check your spam and promotions folders first, then search for the shop name. If it still is not there, send a note through the contact page with the email you used at checkout and the files will be sent straight over.

Can I open the files on my phone?

Yes. Every page is a standard PDF, so it opens on a phone or tablet. You will need a printer to actually colour it in, so most people download on a phone and print later.

Printing

What paper should I use?

Plain printer paper is fine and it is what most people use. If you want something sturdier for crayons or markers, a slightly heavier paper around 32 lb holds up better and stops colour showing through.

Does it print on A4?

Yes. Every page comes as both US Letter and A4 in the same download, so pick whichever matches your printer.

My page prints with a white border

That is your printer adding its own margin. In the print dialog set scaling to Fit to page, or turn on borderless printing if your printer offers it.

Classroom use

Can I print a set for my whole class?

REVIEW THIS ANSWER. The pages are sold for personal use. If you would like to print a set for a class or a church group, send a note through the contact page and we will sort out what you need.

Can our church share one purchase?

REVIEW THIS ANSWER. One purchase covers one household. If your church wants to use the pages across a group, get in touch first and we will work something out.

Can I sell pages I've colored in?

No. The artwork stays mine, so finished pages cannot be sold or passed on as your own. Colour them, hang them on the fridge, enjoy them.

Ages and skill level

What ages are these drawn for?

Roughly ages 2 to 6. Thick outlines and big open shapes, so small hands can stay inside the lines without getting frustrated.

Are they too easy for older children?

Most children over about seven will find the coloring simple. The Books of the Bible chart and the memory verse cards suit that age better.

Refunds

Can I get a refund on a digital file?

REVIEW THIS ANSWER. Because the pages download instantly there is nothing to send back, so digital files are not usually refundable. If a file is wrong, or it will not open or print, get in touch and it will be put right.
