How to download and print

Not techy? That is perfectly okay. Your coloring pages arrive as a simple PDF, and this little guide walks you through every step. Most families are printing within two minutes.

Five gentle steps, start to finish

1. Buy and confirm

Complete your order like any other online purchase. Because these are digital pages, there is no shipping and no waiting by the mailbox. Your files are ready the moment your payment goes through.

2. Find your download

Right after checkout, a download button appears on your order confirmation page. You will also get an email with a download link, so you can come back to it any time. Check the inbox you used at checkout.

3. Save the PDF to your device

Tap or click the download link and save the PDF somewhere you can find it again, like your Downloads folder or your Files app. On a phone, it may open right in your browser first. Look for the share or save icon.

4. Open and print

Open the PDF and hit print. The pages fit both US Letter and A4 paper. In your print settings, choose fit to page and print in black and white. Regular paper works fine, and 24lb paper or cardstock feels extra nice for markers.

5. Color and enjoy

Hand it to your little one with some crayons and take a breath. That is the whole point. And since the file is yours to keep, you can print it again next week, next month, or for the whole Sunday school class.

If something is not working

I cannot find the download email

First, peek in your spam or promotions folder. Emails love to hide there. Also double check that you are looking in the same inbox you used at checkout. If it is truly missing, email us with your order number and we will resend your files.

The file will not open

The pages are standard PDF files, and most phones, tablets and computers open them on their own. If yours does not, install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app, then open the file again. That fixes it nearly every time.

The page prints too small or gets cut off

In your printer settings, look for a scale option and choose fit to page. Make sure the paper size matches what is in your printer, US Letter or A4. Then print again and it should fill the page nicely.

The lines look faint or washed out

Your printer may be in draft or eco mode. Switch the print quality to normal or best, and check that your black ink is not running low. Printing in grayscale instead of color can also give you crisper lines.
